In 2005 Altynay, Imran and Marshal moved to Britain.
Altynay moved from Kyrgyzstan to Penistone, Imran from Pakistan to Peterborough and Marshal from Zimbabwe to North Shields.
Daisy has followed the three of them from the moment they arrived and has filmed with them on a regular basis to build up a picture of what it is like for an eleven year old moving to a new home where they don't understand the language [in the case of Altynay and Imran], the customs or their new surroundings.
This five year project will result in three one hour documentaries about each child showing how they have adapted and developed in their new home.
To be broadcast in 2010.
